|Service Tax on Other FeesThe Central Government has announced Date of Introduction of new regime of Negative List approach in Service Tax, which will apply with effect from 01.07.2012 i.e. service tax would be applicable on all services except those mentioned either in the Negative List or in the Mega Exemption List.
With immediate effect, Service Tax will be applicable on following services or related collections which are part of transport of passenger by air.
Pls note that Charge and Fee have the same meaning.

Ministry of Finance, Service Tax applicable on First, Business and Economy class travel has been revised to 4.944% of (Base Fare + YQ + YR) for International or Domestic travel originating ex-India effective 01st April 2012.For tickets issued between 01st March 2012 and 31st March 2012 for travel on / after 01st April 2012, the new service Tax rate @ 4.944% will be applicable.For tickets issued with the old rate, the difference in the service Tax amount will be collected at the airport at the time of check-in.Please inform your passengers accordingly.Your cooperation and understanding is highly appreciated.|

|User Development Fee at IGI Airport(DEL) :The Airports Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA) in India vide order Order No 28/2011-12 dated 8th November, 2011 has granted permission to levy Development Fee (DF) for passengers departing from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) effective 1st December, 2011.
This charge to be collected on the ticket by all airlines.
|Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per Income Tax Directive :There will be a TDS on every transaction @ 10% for PAN (Permanent Account Number) holders and 20% if the agent is not having a PAN or has not submitted to Online agents.com at the time of registration. The PAN can be submitted or updated in the ‘My Account’ section.TDS will only apply on the discounts / commissions paid to the PSA’s by Online agents.com (illustrated below) and a TDS certificate will be provided on a quarterly basis.E.g. If a discount / commission earned by an agent on a ticket is Rs. 300.00, then the applicable TDS would be Rs. 30.00 (TDS @ 10% on the commission amount) for PAN holders and incase if the PAN is not updated at Online agents.com, the applicable TDS amount would rise to Rs. 60.00 (TDS @ 20% on the commission amount) in this case.The above regulation is enforced by Income Tax Department and to know more about it you can visit:http://www.simpletaxindia.org/2010/01/tds-at-maximum-rate-without-pan-press.html|
|Flight Departures :Kingfisher Airlines: All flights from Mumbai (BOM), with 3 digits flight no. will depart from Terminal 1A and flights with 4 digits flight no will depart from Terminal 1B, irrespective of Kingfisher Red or Pure Kingfisher Airlines Equipment. Its recommended to reconfirm the terminal information with the airline / airport authority and under no circumstances, Online agents.com can be held liable for any changes made by the airline / airport authority.|
|Online Cancellations and Refunds :Now you can make full as well as partial (passengerwise) cancellations online and get refunds within 24 hrs.* of cancellation.You can cancel the tickets from ‘My Transactions’ menu available in the ‘My Account’ section.Note: Cancellations through Online agents.com can only be processed 6 hrs. prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight and 24 hrs., in case of international carriers. Any cancellation occuring after the stipulated time, has to be done directly with the respective airline.In case of the flight being re-scheduled / cancelled by the respective airline, full refund requests for the same will only be accepted if the stamped / endorsed copy is produced while making the refund request. (The stamped / endorsed copy can be sent either by fax on 022 28326680 or as a scanned document via email.)Partial cancellation of Round Trip fare is not allowed in IndiGo, Spicejet and Go Air.
